When the drain in my kitchen got clogged, I called the concierge service. When the nice gentleman knocked on my door a little later, I opened the door for him wearing only a towel. He went straight to troubleshooting and when he turned to me, I was standing naked in front of him and asked him to please lay a pipe for me first. I really have to say, this concierge service really scores with the fact that they value customer satisfaction. I can only recommend.
