In black pantyhose and a sexy red swimsuit - I'm on the couch and do something sporty in front of the TV. In a short break, my feet use the time for small athletic exercises. Extend your feet - move your toes - then massage the soles and toes with your hand and again flex your toes and stretch them. Extending your legs is part of the recovery and then it continues in a different position of the feet. Nylon feet and their soles are just awesome and sexy when they fold. I still miss the tongue massage.
