At the beautiful Playa de Palma I find a sunny place for myself, put off my jacket and start to stretch. At the tiny wall I stretch my legs while in the background the waves are rolling in the bay. As the grand final you can watch me doing the splits!

It’s time for some straddle stretches! I haven’t stretched my legs for some time so I am sure I will feel some pain doing these exercises!
